Aurelia Williams is an experienced debate coach and educator with over eight years of success mentoring students at the local, national, and summer institute levels. Currently serving as an Assistant Coach at Rutgers University, Aurelia brings a deep commitment to student growth, intellectual rigor, and competitive excellence.
Her coaching journey includes impactful roles with nationally recognized programs such as Rosemont High School and C.K. McClatchy High School in California, as well as Calhoun High School in Georgia. She has also served on instructional staff for the Harvard Debate Council Summer Workshops and the Stanford National Forensic Institute, where she has taught argumentation, research methods, and rebuttal strategy to students from across the globe.
Aurelia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Loyola University New Orleans. Her approach to coaching emphasizes critical thinking, clarity of expression, and empowering students to find their voice through debate.
