Lydia Bacigalupo is a student at Carleton College, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics with a minor in Policy. She has a strong foundation in data-informed content creation and community engagement, and hopes to make debate more widely accessible. She has worked with a range of political organizations, where she built models, led awareness campaigns, and earned over 200,000 views across various social media platforms to drive meaningful impact. In addition to her creative work, she brings experience in outreach, administration, collaboration, and project management.

As a teacher, she is a passionate educator and mentor with experience designing and delivering personalized and engaging curriculum for students of all ages. She emphasizes confidence-building, critical thinking, and interactive learning, and currently works with CDA as an elementary specialist working in language production.
