Adithya is the founder of NDC after coaching for over 3 years in the private debate industry. He brings a wealth of competitive experience breaking to the octafinals at the TOC, being ranked 12th in the country, and launching the largest debate rankings and statistics platform. Adithya loves to focus on judge adaptation, argumentation, and crossfire. He believes that debaters who are self-aware about their analysis while speaking have the greatest success and can't wait to train the next generation of debaters in the activity.
