Deanna Ma

Deanna has competed in Public Forum for four years at Lexington where she was also a teaching assistant for novice PF. Over her career, she has broken at the Tournament of Champions, placed 5th at NCFL Nationals, and reached outrounds at various national tournaments including finals at Pennsbury, semifinals at Bronx, and quarterfinals at Princeton and UKSO. She enjoys all types of debate, and specializes in technical argumentation, round vision, and narrative building. Her coaching focuses on helping students find their unique style of debating and strategy rather than replicating a rigid model. Deanna is excited to working with all the talented debaters at NDC this season!
