Helios Lung

Helios Lung competed in Congressional Debate and Worlds. In Congress, he won Harvard (2024), Stanford (2023), and MLK (2025), and placed in the top 3 at the Harvard Round Robin (2024 and 2025) and Nationals (2025). His students have placed in the top 6 at California state and Nationals. Rather than pushing students toward a generic "competitive" cadence, Helios helps them find their natural speaking voice so they can speak authentically from the heart. On substance, he favors clever, compelling warranting: arguments built to win on logic, persuasive without being overly dependent on evidence.
