Nathan Lee

Nathan attended Northridge High School in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and founded his debate team. He was a 4-time qualifier to NSDA Nationals and qualified for the TOC. During the season, he placed 7th at NSDA Nationals, championed John Lewis and the Alabama State Tournament, and reached elimination rounds at tournaments like Stanford, Marist, Laird Lewis, DSD1, and the University of Michigan. He has four years of coaching experience, leading middle school students to win the Alabama State Tournament and high school students to rank in the top 30 teams globally, qualifying for NSDA Nationals and the Gold TOC. Outside the circuit, Nathan is an executive director of a nonprofit called Outreach Debate and wrote legislation to secure a quarter of a million dollars in funding for his state’s debate education. As an NDC alum himself, he can’t wait to work with his students!
