Ryan Gosling

Ryan Gosling competed in forensics throughout high school and college, building a decorated career across multiple individual events. Some notable accomplishments include: four-time National Individual Events Champion, eleven-time national finalist in Duo Interpretation, Poetry, and Program Oral Interpretation, with additional deep elimination round appearances across the national circuit.

As a coach, Ryan has worked with students for almost a decade across a range of events and levels, guiding them to championship-level performances at the sport's most competitive tournaments. Some of his most notable coaching accomplishments include: coaching the 2020–21 NSDA National Champion in Program Oral Interpretation (Sophia Williams), who went on to champion the Collegiate P.O.I. title at the Asynchronous Speech Championship, as well as coaching one of the Top 10 Public Forum Individual Speakers at the 2023 NSDA National Tournament.

He is excited to join the CDA team and looks forward to working closely with students to build a foundation for a successful and meaningful competitive season. He can't wait to meet all of you!
